They say, towards the end, you do have a flashback of your entire life in front of you. As he closed his eyes, he saw it all.  The struggle he made while trying to get the best of everything. The best of education, the best of jobs, the effort towards fulfilling the demands of daily life.  It felt as if he had been running a lifelong marathon!  Wait, when was the last time he was free from worry? When did he smile truly?

Ahan! Only once. Only in his childhood!

A stage where you reach the zenith of true happiness.

Love,

Chinmayee

  3. Indeed! But alas, we don’t realize it at the time. We’re always in a hurry to grow up and join the workforce, only to wish we could go back to being carefree children once we’re grown. What a beautiful conclusion to the series. Thank you!

  4. Your words beautifully encapsulate the essence of nostalgia and the innocence of youth. It’s a gentle nudge to cherish the simple moments and not let them slip away unnoticed. Thank you for this evocative piece; it’s a timely reminder to pause and find joy in the present.

  5. Ah! So true. We truly are the happiest and most carefree during our childhood and we never realize it during that stage and phase. Saari responsibilities k bojh tale adulthood mein hi ye samaj aata hai. Sigh!

Congratulations on the successful completion A2Z. Chinmayee. I hope you’re planning to convert these drabbles into a book and if yes, I look forward to having you on my show again soon. Keep up good content creation, love.
