X – Mass Eve

Why did he have to be late today?  And the traffic made it worse.

He put on the costume quickly. He was the big teddy today! A big brown massive teddy. He picked up the basket of candies and a bag full of soft toys. He rang up his friend to help him reach the destination in time.

As he entered the room, tiny tots with big smiles, ran towards him. He hugged them all! He had lost his son, John, three years ago in the same Cancer ward.

Time flies but memories stay. It was X- mass eve!

Love,

Chinmayee
