Arvind dialled his phone.

“Maa, I have good news. Our Company bagged the deal!”

“I knew it, Beta. I have always known your passion & I know that you will always make it work.”

 Arvind loved his mom more than anyone in his life. She was the only person who truly understood him through thick & thin. Arvind had a lot of trouble growing up, but his mom stood beside him like a steady rock, guiding him through every path of darkness that came his way.

Isn’t it wonderful to have been able to experience motherly love in this lifetime? It is the greatest force that can heal you from any kind of trauma. A motherly affection is divine, and when it touches you, it is sure to uplift you.  And as a devoted mother, Arvind’s mother always stood by his side whenever he needed her.

 He kissed his phone, saying a little prayer to the Universe.

Just then, his phone rang again.

It was Revathy Reddy from Mental Health Plus Company. Elegant, driven & fiercely focused. She commanded respect even with her aura.  Arvind had a brief call about the specifics of the ongoing project. Everything seemed to fall in place & Arvind could not have been happier.

 The call was short but covered all the important topics.  Radhika smiled a bit after the call. It was quite unusual for her. Arvind’s voice lingered on even after she cut the call.  It was something that she had not felt in a long while. The conviction with which Arvind spoke felt like envisioning a dream. The passion in his voice made an impact on her.

She quickly opened her LinkedIn profile & sent a LinkedIn connection request to Arvind, which got accepted almost instantly. She blushed.

“Revathy, please approve the draft of the MOU that I sent you this morning. I have to process them.” Ashwin restlessly knocked on the door.

Revathy came back to reality in an instant.
